How do I know if the product is avaiable?
How long does it take before the goods are dispatched?
Products on stock are shipped immediately upon receipt of payment to our account. If goods are on suppliers stock at the time the order is, the goods will be dispatched right after delivery to our PremiumOutlet24 warehouse. After shipment of the goods you will be informed by email and SMS notifications.
How long will it take?
- If you choose courier delivery, the goods will be delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
- If you choose postal delivery, the goods will be delivered within 4-7 working days after dispatch.
- You will be informed about the exact date of delivery by email and SMS notifications.
How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping costs for your order are equal to the Service Charge plus the additional packing Charge per Item. You will have no extra costs at delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated individually for each order based on the delivery method and the weight of the consignment. The price of postage will be displayed when creating order and will be added to the total amount of the payment before you confirm the order.
How do I know the status of my order?
Your order can be checked at any time by logging into your account on PremiumOutlet24 , list of all your orders can be found in your account under My Orders. If you are not registered feel free to contact us. We will be happy to check your order status for you.
The shipment arrived damaged, what to do?
The customer is obliged to check the order at delivery. In case the package is damaged, we accept the consignment within 3 days from delivery , later claims will not be accepted. Please refer to Claims&Returns for more information regarding claims.
What to do if the consignment is dispatched but not yet received?
It is very likely that carrier has failed or been unable to reach you. In such case, we recommend that you contact us or carrier directly and arrange a delivery date.
What if I do not like the size?
If the size does not fit you, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. We offer the pssibility to exchange the goods for another size or another product up to 30 days . For full information about return procedure refer to the section "Claims&Returns".
I cannot complete the order online, what to do?
In the event that you are unable to place order yourself online, you can order the goods by email at: email@example.com or contact us on our hotline: +421 903 930 200 or via online chat.
How do I pay the order?
We offer several payment methods, cash on delivery, credit transfer, credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestrocard) or Pay Pal.
- After completing your order you need to click on one of offered payment methods and follow the instructions to execute the payment.
- Registered users can paid orders also as follows:
- Login as a user to your account
- In the menu on the right side, select "my orders"
- Choose from a list of orders, order you want to pay
- Click on the payment module that will redirect you to the page where you can execute payment
