Claims & Returns
We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt. However, we can only exchange non-faulty goods that are in their original condition, with all tags attached, have not been worn, altered or washed. Returned goods can be exchanged for any other item from our offer.
Please be aware that we can only exchange and dispatch new goods as soon as we have received the item that is being exchanged.
You are obliged to check the goods on receipt. If goods are delivered with obvious errors, in damaged packaging, you are entitled not to accept the consignment and shall notify us. Please notify us of any damage or defect that was not apparent when receiving the goods, without undue delay, within 3 days of receipt of goods. Later notifications will not be accepted.
PremiumOutlet24 excludes liability or warranty for defects caused by the use of the product contrary to the purpose of use, mechanical wear or wear from normal use. The guarantee applies only to functional disorders caused by a manufacturing defect. Goods sold at a lower price due to the defect, have limited warranty, which does not cover defects for which the price reduction. These defects are to be defined in the product desription on the PremiumOutlet24 website.
The occurrence of defects on the goods during the warranty period, you are entitled to arise a claim under the following conditions:
1. Sent claim notification or letter to email@example.com, which must contain the name, buyer's name and address, description of defects in the goods and how the defect manifests itself and the accompanying photo.
2. Shipping (mechanically undamaged, clean, preferably in the original packaging), including manuals, warranty card and invoice or other proof of payment to the warehouse address: PremiumOutlet24, Hattalova 12/A, 83103, Bratislava, Slovakia.
3.Your claim will be handled at our claim center, which will inform you of further procedure, within 30 days. If we fail to resolve the claim in this period, you have the right to cancel the order.
If the claim is accepted, the goods will be repaired if possible or replaced by new non-defective goods. If repair or replacement is not possible, a credit will be issued.
In case the calim is not accepted, goods will be returned back to you.
Warranty does not cover:
- battery life expectancy
- wear glasses, casing, strap and bracelet caused by regular use
- damage to the appliance with water (residing in unsuitable environment)
- defects caused by tampering
- improper maintenance of goods
- violent or improper handling
- damage in transit goods (the carrier is responsible for damages)
